Instructions
Place oats in a sauce pan and cover with water. Lightly stir the oats to cover them in water. Cook on med heat. Add brown sugar. Watch closely so the oats don't scorch. The cooking time is less than five min. Once the oats are cooked and most of liquid is absorbed I spoon the oats into a bowl and add the rest of the toppings.
Notes
Only stir the oats a couple of times while cooking. The more you stir them the mushier they will be.
