Mix all ingredients together except chicken and flour.
Place chicken in a ziploc bad and sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over chicken until chicken is coated. Shake chicken in bag to help coat with flour. The amount of flour will depend on the size of your chicken but I would start with a ½ cup and increase as necessary.
Melt butte in a skillet.
Place chicken breast coated with flour in the skillet, on medium to high heat to allow it to get browned on the outside. This is not the method for cooking the chicken. About 3-4 minutes on each side.
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees.
Remove foil and allow to bake for 5-10 minutes longer.
