Creamy Baked Ziti

  • 4 cups ziti pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 pound ground beed
  • 1 14.5 oz. Can of diced tomatoes
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 24 oz. Jar of your favorite pasta sauce
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 8 oz. Package of mozzarella cheese
  • cup Parmesan Cheese


  • Cook pasta according to pasta directions
  • In a large skillet cook ground beef until cooked through and drain
  • In skillet with ground beef add diced tomatoes, pasta sauce and cream cheese
  • Cook until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
  • Pour meat mixture into pot with pasta and mix well
  • Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non stick spray and add the pasta mixture, then the sour cream and all but one cup of the mozzarella cheese and then the final layer of pasta. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and the remaining one cup of mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
