Place one or two (depending on size of pan) tater-tots in muffin pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Place on bottom rack and bake for 10 minutes.
Using a tart stamper or small glass, spray with non-stick spray and press and twist tater tots in each of the muffin cups to make a potato cup.
Return to oven (middle rack) and bake for 15 minutes or until deep golden brown
Add cheese and bake for one more minutes or until melted.
Transfer to platter and top with remaining toppings.
