Cooked Apples

Ingredients

  • 3 small apples
  • Enough water to cover the apples
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cook all ingredients on low to medium heat. Stir often. Once apples are soft, reduce heat to low and allow them to low for an additional 5 min. Pour into serving bowls.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated. Cinnamon and sugar can be added or reduced to suit your taste.
