Berry Banana Smoothie


  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • A few ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients in a mixer and power on high until fully blended. Once all ingredients are blended more into a cup and enjoy!


A drop of water may be needed to help get the ingredients moving in the blender.
Use more or less yogurt depending on the consistency you prefer of your smoothie.
