Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate


  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ounces white chocolate roughly chopped


  • Heat the milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and vanilla in a saucepan until starts to simmer.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the chocolate and stir until melted.
  • Pour into mugs and garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.


I used a bar of Baker's white chocolate.
This recipe is easily halved.
