3tablespoonscreamy peanut butter or 4 ½ teaspoons canola oil
36 to 40large marshmallows
Toppings of your choice
In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate and peanut butter and stir until smooth. Microwave every 30 seconds.
Thread two marshmallows on a Popsicle stick until all are used.
Roll marshmallows into the chocolate mixture and allow the excess to drip off.
Sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Chill until firm.
Only use the oil if you're not using the peanut butter. You may need to spoon the chocolate over the marshmallows depending on how shallow your bowl is. I used a spoon the gently scrape off the excess chocolate before topping with the toppings.
