Pasta Salad with Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rotini pasta cooked drained and cooled (about 1 and ½ to 2 cups dry)
  • 1 cup Nikos® feta cheese
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • ½ cup slicked black olives
  • ¾ cup Italian Dressing possibly more
  • ⅛ to ¼ cup red onion

Instructions

  • Allow pasta to cool and add to a bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients toss together.
  • Cover tightly and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
