Pasta Salad with Feta Cheese
Ingredients

cups
Rotini pasta cooked
drained and cooled (about 1 and ½ to 2 cups dry)

cup
Nikos® feta cheese
1
cup
halved cherry tomatoes
1
cup
chopped cucumbers
½
cup
slicked black olives
¾
cup
Italian Dressing
possibly more
⅛ to ¼
cup
red onion
Instructions
Allow pasta to cool and add to a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients toss together.
Cover tightly and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
