  • Beef I used about a ⅓lb. per burger
  • Buns
  • American Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Melted butter

Smash Sauce

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • cup yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill pickle
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil

  • Get skillet/griddle hot and brush melted butter on it.
  • Add the ball of beef by using parchment paper and place skillet on top of parchment paper and cook for about 4 minutes.
  • Remove skillet and parchment paper and sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning salt.
  • Flip burger and allow it to cook on the other side. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning salt on the opposite side than before.
  • Once burger has cooked, remove from the griddle and top with cheese and dress how you prefer.

  • Stir all ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator when not using.

Feel free to season your cheeseburgers however you prefer. This was how I cooked ours and this method of fixing the cheeseburgers is great.
