Smashburger{COPYCAT}
Ingredients
Beef
I used about a ⅓lb. per burger
Buns
American Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning Salt
Melted butter
Smash Sauce

Mayonnaise
⅛
cup
yellow mustard

teaspoon
chopped dill pickle
1
teaspoon
pickle juice
½
teaspoon
vegetable oil
Instructions
Get skillet/griddle hot and brush melted butter on it.
Add the ball of beef by using parchment paper and place skillet on top of parchment paper and cook for about 4 minutes.
Remove skillet and parchment paper and sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning salt.
Flip burger and allow it to cook on the other side. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning salt on the opposite side than before.
Once burger has cooked, remove from the griddle and top with cheese and dress how you prefer.
Sauce
Stir all ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator when not using.
Notes
Feel free to season your cheeseburgers however you prefer. This was how I cooked ours and this method of fixing the cheeseburgers is great.
