Parmesan Peppercorn Dip

  • ¾ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic (or more if you prefer)
  • ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese if you want your dip not as thick then use less cheese.


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
    Transfer to a bowl with a lid or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
    This will keep for one week if tightly sealed and in the refrigerator.
