Maple Flavored Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon maple extract

Instructions

  • Combine sugars and water in saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Cover and cook one minute.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Add vanilla and maple extract.
  • Cover for a few minutes to thicken.

Notes

Store in a microwave safe container in the refrigerator and reheat when ready to use.
