Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate- A warm mug of white chocolate with added pumpkin and pumpkin spice. The perfect way to warm up on a fall day!
So here's another recipe for pumpkin and white chocolate. I really hope you're not sick of this combo, yet, because I've something else that I am working on and I can't wait to share with you. Until then you can sip on a warm cup of pumpkin spice white hot chocolate. I love this drink and have already made it several times and it's only September. We have been experiencing such beautiful fall weather that I can't help but want to enjoy my favorite fall drinks.
You may notice that I made this drink on the fancy side. If that's what you call it. However, there is nothing fancy about the process.
Dip the rim of the mug in a bowl of water. Followed by a bowl of graham cracker crumbs. Pour in the hot chocolate and garnish with your garnishings. Yupp, easy peasy! I do recommend waiting until the hot chocolate is ready to before doing the graham cracker step. Basically, right before you're ready to drink. This step is optional, of course but I thought I would still share it.
I made this drink a couple of weeks ago and shared it on Instagram as well as my private FB page. I had some friends asking for the recipe and I shared it with them but figured I could do a blog post and share it here as well. I hope you enjoy this Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate as much as we do.

How much does this make? I would love to make this for my faculty meeting for a pumpkin contest. I am thinking about making up a batch and keeping it warm in a large cooler with spout. Should I double or triple the recipe if serving approximately 25-30 people?
Tiffany
You would need to do more than triple the recipe if you're making it for that many people. When I make it using the amount of ingredients I provided in the recipe, I make enough two fill two average size mugs about 3/4 full. It's really intended for two people. So, if you did make it for that many people you're going to need a lot of the ingredients. I hope that helps. Thanks for stopping by. 😉
