Me time with McCafé Coffee- A delicious way to enjoy some "me time."
Happy Friday, everyone!! I hope you've had a great week and have had the opportunity to enjoy some time for yourself.
During a recent shopping trip at WalMart I sampled the McCafé coffee during a live demo. A free sample of hot coffee while grocery shopping. Yes, please!!
After grabbing a few more items that were on my list, I decided that as soon as I was home and groceries were put away I was going to have some "me time." Me time = a warm cup of coffee and a good book! So, I grabbed a box of McCafé coffee pods and did just that!
There are 8 McCafé flavors to choose from and I bought the Premium Roast flavor. I am eager to try the Breakfast Blend, as well! It's so convenient that McCafé is now available at WalMart. It makes trying all the flavors a lot easier.
One of my New Year's Resolutions is to read more books. I love to read and I haven't read much the past couple of years and I feel that I am missing out on some great stories. Since I am making a conscious decision to read more, I've started making a habit out of it. I take 20-30 minutes in the afternoon to make a cup of coffee and read a couple chapters in a book or even flip through a cookbook. January is not over, yet and I've already finished one book and am well into my second. As for the cups of coffee I've had, well...that number is a bit higher. 😉
I understand that squeezing in a few minutes of "me time" can be very challenging. Keep in mind that it's good for you and your family if you take a bit of time for yourself.
