Smoothies are are great way to pack in lots of nutrients and enjoy on-the-go. In addition to that, smoothies are also very forgiving. Today I am sharing my favorite current smoothie"recipe" and how I use Ester-C supplement to support my immune system. If you don't like some of these fruits and vegetables then swap them out for something your taste buds prefer. Like I said, smoothies are very forgiving and this is just a starting point for you to create your own smoothie.
Immune Support is something to be proactive about year around and starting a daily routine including Ester-C supplement is a great way to make sure you are getting your daily Vitamin C.
I first started using Ester-C several years ago while I was a college student and completing my student teaching requirement. During that time I learned how to manage my on-the-go lifestyle and still feed my body the nutrients that are needed. It's important for us all to give our bodies the immune support that is needed and a daily supplement is great for doing so.
I go to the grocery store a couple of times a week and always have the items on hand to make smoothies. While shopping at Walmart I am able to pick up the smoothie ingredients as well as Ester-C. Bonus; It’s also currently on rollback!
In my blender I add yogurt, flax seed, spinach, almond milk or dairy milk and a variety of fruits and vegetables. I am always trying different flavor combinations. I love taking Ester-C every morning with my smoothie and then I won’t forget to take it. By taking Ester-C, daily it helps provide around-the-clock immune support.
This is how I take my daily supplement, but you can choose what best fits your busy schedule.
Now I recently started adding cauliflower to my smoothies. You can’t taste it, however, I know it’s in there because of the texture. It does yield a bit of a grainy like texture, but I don’t mind that. If you feel like you would be bothered by that, then don’t add the cauliflower. This smoothie is delicious with it or without it.
Ester-C is stomach friendly and is non-acidic which is just one of the reasons why I prefer taking this supplement.

This looks delicious! I've never tried using cauliflower in a smoothie before but it is so versatile, I'm sure it would work great! #client

Strawberry banana is probably my favorite combination for smoothies. Never tried adding cauliflower to one before. Do you use a whole banana or half? It's not on the ingredient list...

Hey, Judy! I use a whole banana! 😉
